Alcatel-Lucent Patent Infringement

A federal jury in San Diego found that Microsoft Corp. and Dell Inc. infringed patents owned by Alcatel-Lucent SA for touch screen and computer stylus technologies. Microsoft was ordered to pay over $367 million in damages and Dell was ordered to pay $51,000.
